We moved to Texas in 2006 and on the advice of people who at the time trusted Sunrise Pools, began construction on our pool almost immediately. Our problems began the day the pool was dug and continue to date. We have had contractors show up at our door threatening liens on our property for money due them from Sunrise Pools, have had pool lights not working for months at a time, never had instruction as to how to work the equipment and maintain our pool, still have volleyball sleeves that we paid to have included, have an inadequate remote control for our pool, and STILL have drains that do not work properly. We have left countless messages and have heard nothing. After filing with a governing agency (this won't let me name it) someone was finally sent out to "replace our light"...there was water in it (I told him that when I first reported the problem)!!! The people who recommended Mr. Pyle now have a large hole in their yard and can't get him to complete the work. Our contract stated that our last payment was due at plaster and like fools we paid it...looking back it was a very one sided contract. Promises of "I'll be there tomorrow" have been empty. We continue to call and leave messages, most of them not very nice, when the mailbox isn't full. What should have been the fulfillment of my dream has become a nightmare.
