Took my 87 yr old mother to have 3 upper teeth pulled and an upper denture made. They took impressions prior to the extractions. My opinion was to pull the teeth and THEN do the impressions. Well, exactly what I thought would happened ... happened. The upper denture does not fit and has been a problem since it was made. When I questioned doing the impression prior to extracting the teeth, they simply said this is the way we do it. Of course all problems now associated with ill fitting denture are my mother's fault. A new denture needing religned as soon as it's made is rediculous! Of course they received almost $1500.00 up front for their less than professional service and have the b____ to charge for further service to the ill fitting denture. What a rip off place.. they only want your money! more

I had to get a crown done and it ended up being way more than that.. I had acquired a nasty infection in the tooth that was "fixed" and I now have nerve damage and it affects the entire right side of my face. Out of nowhere the entire right side will go numb and then I get horrible migraines along with it. And now over a year has passed and a ridiculous amount of money has been spent to try and fix all of the problems, the root of the tooth that was "fixed" is infected again and I am going to have to pay for an extraction. Thank goodness I found another amazing dentist office that has done their best this past year and not charged me out of the wazoo to fix all of the problems. Sundance Dental has caused me an amazing amount of stress, charged an obscene amount of money for a horrible job, and caused me physical pain and uncomfort. Definitely take the time to find a great dentist that isn't in it for the money and actually takes care of their patients. more

Good: Friendly staff. Bad: HmExpensive. They add services u don't need. They worked on my son's teeth with flouride with out my consent. On top of that my insurance didn't cover it. They told me my teeth were really bad and needed extra work that my insurance doesn't cover. That was the first and last time for me.. Improvements: For them to stop thinking about the money and really consider the customers needs.. more

Don't go here if you are looking for a good Dentist. I only had to deal with Dr. Parker. I felt that all he wanted was my money and wanted to make me get services I didn't need. I also felt that he was lying to me about how "bad" my teeth were. I am not an idiot and know very good dentists, and have people in my family who have worked in the dental field. He assumed I knew nothing and made me feel scared for my health. There is nothing wrong with my teeth after a second opinion. more
