IF HOME WARRANTY ASSIGNS SUNBELT, ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE 3/12/2021

Unfortunately it will not allow me to not pick a star, so 1 it is, not by choice. Based on prior reviews, nothing has changed. In October 2020, Old Republic Home Protection sent these people to repair my stove. Greg came and replaced a computer board, but it did not fix the issue, he ordered a second part. I had to call ORHP (1/22/21) and make them follow up with Sunbelt, the part was ordered on 12/14/20 and he came to install it on 1/27/21, really! This part did not work either. He claimed it was roaches in my home, ORHP denied fixing my oven any further. I hired a GE repair man, took him 15 minutes from when he walked in, replaced a sensor that cost $13.49. Now I have to battle with ORHP for reimbursement for a job they should have made sure was done. BTW, ORHP will not do 2nd opinions, so I had to pay. DO NOT LET SUNBELT APPLIANCE REPAIR TOUCH ANY OF YOUR APPLIANCES, especially if sent by a home warranty company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!! more

Dryer still broke 12/5/2018

One month later and 5 visits, keeps bringing the wrong part. Sent by my home warranty company. I called to get a new company assigned. more

Do not use! 10/1/2018

Had as bad an experience imaginable. Greg from Sunbelt was assigned for an oven repair job by our warranty company. Today is October 1 ... first visit was July 6. Biggest runaround and constant excuses. Avoid at all costs! more
