We have used Sunbeam auto body twice now for repairs through GEICO. I only used them the second time because of the convenience of having GEICO and Enterprise on location. NEVER AGAIN! As per Doug F. each time I went to pick my car up (3 times total) there was further damage to our vehicle. The third time I was fed up and took the car even though there is now yet another scratch and dent that was not previously there. This is a gross miss step on GEICO's part to partner with this shop. The first time we used them was better but still had to leave the car twice for repairs not done correctly. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! more

In the process of repairing my bumper and quarterpanel after an accident, the repair technicians damaged my tire and ripped my convertible top. They refused to fix either, saying the tire was leaking and the top ripped when I brought the car in -- even though their own photos of the vehicle showed otherwise. This is incredibly unethical, and I would not go to a place that could treat even one customer this way! (Though judging by the reviews on this website, I would say they have treated many this way.) Go elsewhere! more

Avoid at all cost! The ""quality repair"" they did on my $35k vehicle was an affront to anyone with vision (corrected or not). Sunbeam auto was to replace my damaged bumper cover, and fix any extraneous damage from the accident impact. They found the cheapest bumper cover (from someone else more

Geico sent me there for a repair after telling me that Sterling auto was not quailified to do my repiar. Sunbeam seemed nice and I thought that they were going to be OK so Ieft the car. When I got it back, 4 days later than promised, they had not stripped the cracked paint but painted OVER it. Bondo was applied and not even sanded out. Covered with large lumps and cracks. They did not do a base coat clear coat to match the rest of the car. Parking lights were not screwed in and fell out in the parking lot. This has to be the Worst Repair Ever. Pitiful. Car looks worse after the repair. more

I thought the appraiser knew what he was talking about.Then after leaving my truck with them for four days,I returned as advise that my truck was ready.Boy was I surprized,Not only was my truck not ready but the guy that gave me the keys said bring it back in thirty days and we,ll buff it out???They only did a small portion pf what they were supposed to do.I brought it back in thirty days and left it another week and ahalf ,They added more scrathes and still forgot the window tint ! job still not complete. NOT VERY HAPPY would not recommend them for anything........... Pros: the lady at the desk was nice Cons: job not complete more

I was very pleased overall with the service that I received from this company from the beginning of the process to the end. The GEICO insurance adjuster was very pleasant, straight forward and professional. I had a very pleasant experience with their office personnel. From the moment I met Maria she took care of me and all my concerns and fifty million questions and instructions. She was very professional, polite, and most importantly understanding and listened to my concerns. I am a very particular person with my vehicle and was very high maintenance with requests and instructions on my vehicle. They took great care of my vehicle while it was there! I was worried to leave it at first, but they were assuring to me that my car would be taken care of properly and total care. In the end I was very happy that I decided to have them do the repairs on my vehicle. I would recommend this business to those who want professional customer service and quality work done on their vehicle! more

I went in today to get an estimate. I walked in, the woman at the counter greeted me warmly and with a smile (always nice) she asked that I be seated while she gets billy, I think his name was. He comes out (never greets me or shakes my hand or anything) and tells (not asks) me to move my car underneath the awning (its been raining all morning). So I did as he Told me. He comes out and hardly says anything getting irritable whenever I ask him anything. After about 2 minutes he says he'll be right back. I wait.... and I wait.... and I wait. Nothing. I'm standing in the cold with rain blowing in on me as I wait for about 10 minutes. I finally realize there's no way I'm going to beg this place to take my money so I get in my car and leave. I would definately not recommend going to this place unless you like being treated like an annoyance rather than a customer. more

Did not have any work done, I walked. My car needed the roof painted. They are the repair center for GEICO. They use PPG paints and seem knowledgable. Estimator informed me that there would be some overspray. It was ""unavoidable"" unless I had the window removed. I went home and spent two hours masking it myself until it was perfect. If I can mask well enough to avoid overspray, why can't they? more

People there were rude. Not only did they not fix my car right, they NEVER apologized...only made excuses. more
