I went in today to get an estimate. I walked in, the woman at the counter greeted me warmly and with a smile (always nice) she asked that I be seated while she gets billy, I think his name was. He comes out (never greets me or shakes my hand or anything) and tells (not asks) me to move my car underneath the awning (its been raining all morning). So I did as he Told me. He comes out and hardly says anything getting irritable whenever I ask him anything. After about 2 minutes he says he'll be right back. I wait.... and I wait.... and I wait. Nothing. I'm standing in the cold with rain blowing in on me as I wait for about 10 minutes. I finally realize there's no way I'm going to beg this place to take my money so I get in my car and leave. I would definately not recommend going to this place unless you like being treated like an annoyance rather than a customer.
