I like subway. Hey, it's fast food, don't expect gourmet. Strangely they have tried that route with wraps, tons of breads, sauces and new toppings but it is still just average good food. It is the healthiest, best value quick stop there is I think. You get large portions for your buck and it truly is healthy. You can forgo the cheese and they have light mayo if you are a true dieter along with baked chips and diet sodas or waters. The food is fresh and tasty.
