There were several mistakes with our order... the WORST being that the white bread for my foot long meatball sub with extra cheese and bacon was UN-COOKED... and I mean UN-COOKED on one end... cold... sticky uncooked bread dough.\r

The other mistake was smaller in scale... on my daughter's kids meal turkey sandwich, there were cucumbers put on it instead of the pickles that were asked for. She took one look at it, got freaked out and will now not eat it (she is 6... 6 year olds do that when something is wrong).\r

I called the store at 7:10 pm. The woman who answered spoke very little english and had great difficulty understanding ANYTHING that I was telling her. Finally after some time she understood that the order was wrong and the bread was not cooked. She then said (and I quote) ""Oh, I am sorry there is nothing I can do. You will have to call back another time when the manager is in."" I said excuse me?!?!? I then asked her if she could take down my information. She said she couldn't and that I should call back a different day. I asked her then to refund me my money and I would come in to get it. She said she couldn't do that and I would have to call back a different day... maybe in the morning on a different day. I asked her to contact her manager because I felt the manager would like to know what was going on in her store. The employee said there was no way for her to ever get a hold of the manager unless she came in... a different day.\r
Pros: I didn't die
Cons: Bad Food, Bad Service, RIPOFF!!!
