I recently visited this dealership on Feb 10th to extend the warrantee on my Subaru. This was the first time I went to this dealership and it will be the last. I waited an hour and twenty minutes to talk to the finance director. After he served two customers (?), irritated at waiting so long with no explanation, I stepped to the center of the showroom and attempted to get some attention. I walked towards 3 employees, who appeared to be shooting the breeze. After eliciting no response, one of the other floor salesmen walked towards me to try and assist me. He brought myself to the attention of the 3 employees that were chatting and one of them responded ?I?m in the middle of a joke here?. \r

At that I walked out and intent never to return.
