Had them out to remove one tree, grind the stump and prune 2 others. When I called the Arborist (Rod), he was in Hillsboro, but managed to be at my home (Happy Valley) within an hour. He was very easy going and stayed here until all my questions were answered. <> Although his bid was a few bucks more than another guy, he met the other guys bid. Normally I'd just go with the lowest price, but my gut instincts were to go with Rod. The crew arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, removed my tree within 2 hours! The guy in the tree was AMAZING! They also did a really nice job pruning a couple Maples. The Stump Grinding was really interesting. I'd never seen a machine do that before! Wow! They even got all the big roots! I can't say enough good things about them and have already given Rod the names of a neighbor and a friend from work, which is the highest praise I can give. Great service, nice people: No tree stumps them! They have added tree care to their business as well as the stump removal. In 2006, we had a yard of old grown over stuff , lots of stumps, and 2 trees to be removed all of which they cleared out quickly, cheaply, and didn't leave a mess. In 2009 they thinned our very overgrown 50+ year old Silver Maple in front and it looked great, but it's spreading roots have finally threatened the house foundation, so it will be remove it next week. We have full confidence that they will again do a great job for us. Their prices are still reasonable too. Pros: Great service & prices more
