Matise Orton was my service advisor at Strong Audi. The service took a little longer than we both expected but she would come up to the waiting area every 30 minutes and keep me informed. In all fairness since this was a ""new car"" to me I did ask them to check out the vehicle while it was at the dealer. The mechanics did find out that the battery was defective and replaced it all under factory warranty. When you have your car serviced at Audi ask for Matise Orton-you won't be disappointed. \r \r J. I recently purchased my 2012 A4 Avant not from Strong Audi. I called Strong's and spoke with their service dept to inquire about what kind of warranty I had left on my Audi. They were extremely helpful and notified me that I had 1 year or 25k left. I made an appointment to get my car checked out thoroughly for any fault codes or recalls.. \r \r Tony Dejulis, was my service advisor and he was amazing. He addressed all my concerns and resolved them accurately and quickly. They gave me a brand new loaner for the day as I had to go to work. My experience at Strong Audi has been exceptional. I purchased a 2014 S7 six months ago and just recently a 2015 Q7 and my sales rep., Cipriano Trujillo has gone above and beyond to take care of every detail. I live 5 hours away in Riverton, Wyoming and he has made special accommodations to fit my schedule when I am in SLC. I have called him several times with questions and concerns and he has always responded quickly and taken care of every issue. Both vehicles have been great. I was greeted as I arrived at the frond door by Jacen Peterson. He was so fun and engaging immediately. My Audi A4 convertible which I loved and had owned for 10 years was appraised and then we walked around looking at inventory which I might like. We then took a long test drive and I liked all the new features and safety pluses. Jacen was very relaxed and let me go where and how I wanted to drive. I then choose an allroad and the color and took it home for the night to show off!!!\r The next morning jacen had all the paper work ready to approve. The signing documents went so smoothly I didn't even get a stomach which I always do. We then went out to my new car and Jacen Peterson and Fredman Teixeira spent the morning teaching me all that my new car could and would do. Hands on which I needed and loved. \r I don't use many of the fun things my A4 would do so they were determined to make me comfortable with everything my new allroad had. \r I have been in to get plates etc and love seeing my new friends Jacen and Fredman. I recently moved to Salt Lake from the east coast and was interested in leasing a vehicle. I went to all of the "luxury" dealerships not having a clear idea of what I wanted. After meeting with Brian Mcdermaid and driving the Q5 and Q3 (among many other vehicles that day), I knew the Q3 was for me. I also adamantly wanted the chestnut interior. Brian made sure my wishes were accommodated. He was such a pleasure to work with and I'd highly recommend him and Strong Audi to anyone. I also LOVE my Q3! more

Warner Trabert is the absolute best new car associate I ever worked with! Just bought my first Audi at Strong Audi after renting an A4 in Europe, and from the minute I walked through the door Warner was a delight to work with. He was very low pressure and incredibly knowledgeable about each of the models I was interested in. It took me a few weeks to decide and through it all he was patient and helpful. He really shined when it came time to settle on a price and put the right financing together. Very honest and no games. I have purchased BMW's and Mercedes from the two predominant SLC dealerships. At both shops I felt like I was a mark. Not at Strong's in general, and particularly not with Warner (BTW, when Warner was away Owen Fisher was also fabulous). Great job, Mr. Trabert!
