This store is not worth anyone's time. They take a while to mark things down (75% off Christmas ornaments in April) and their sale items are overpriced, since you know that they will go on clearance eventually... The staff are not helpful and they are not motivated. I watched as a customer called, asking for shoes. The clerk, in front of me, said "I can't be bothered to wreck my brain over a pair of clearance shoes." That's the type of service you get here. And the prices are the same as in the rest of the Strawbridge's chain. The Echelon Mall is a ghost town. I've heard that part of it is being razed. This Strawbridge's now accepts Macy's gift cards, so I think it has changed hands. Either way, the decor is outdated, the merchandise is stale (when really was the last time they restocked?), and the prices are bad. Avoid this store.
