Had to have car towed in September 24th as was running hot with engine light flashing. Was taken care of right away by Ms. Surrency and given a car to drive over weekend while mine was in shop. Car was repaired on Monday the 26th and is doing great. Could not ask for better service.\r more

I was given a same day appointment, greeted on the service drive and had an enjoyable walk through the new and used vehicles. Only one sales person approached me and offered help if needed.\r The problem I brought my car in for was fixed and to my surprize so was another that the mechanic found on his own! I'll be back.\r more

Joe was fantastic. He took the time to explain the service and helped me over to parts to get a price from Barry on an item for my wife's Traverse. Between him, Debbie, and Brooke the normal friendly cashier, I enjoy bringing our vehicle in for service at your dealership. Its individuals like them that continue to overpower any other negative or discouraging items.\r \r As I stated in yesterdays survey the cashier was not very friendly and it was clear she did not want to be there. Also there was an apparent issue between her and Barry in the parts department as she kept giving him very dirty looks and eye rolls, it was completely unprofessional. She did not have a name tag and I did not want to ask as she was that unfriendly and at which point I just wanted to leave. I looked her up on your staff listings on your website and her name is Nan.\r more

I purchased a 2013 Camaro ss from Dimmit chevrolet..BIG MISTAKE. My dream car was the corvette and I settled for something that didn't fulfill my desires. After a month of owning the Camaro I mentioned to my dad lets go look at corvettes. I had no intentions of purchasing a corvette that day. I went to stingray with a window shopper mentality and Fredrick offered me a deal I could not pass up. The greatest sales experience I ever had. I met him a month before I bought my camaro and should have just purchased my dream car from him in the first place. Stingray Chevrolet has the best selection of vehicles especially the ls7 corvette. I couldn't find a dealer that carried more than 1 ls7 corvette, stingray had numerous ls7 vettes. Stingray is the best and Fredrick is the man. I will be going back to purchase another vehicle from stingray in the future. I just hope Fredrick is still there and not gone.\r more

I brought my 2008 GMC Sierra in to the Body Shop for repair. Was able to set up an appointment that fit my schedule. Took it in on Thursday with a pick up date as Monday ( no work on weekend). Much to my surprise got a call on Friday saying it was finished, they were able to start on it right away. They did a fantastic job. I am going to bring it back to have a few other dings repaired. Staff was great! Outstanding Job!!! more

I was in a position where I had a reliable vehicle however was interested in a new one if the payments fit my budget. After looking for a vehicle of my liking and finding none in my home county, I contact a salesman by phone after viewing your website. I was assured your dealership had multiple vehicles fitting the description of what I was interested in. After nearly an hour drive I was quickly met by the salesman I spoke to in which he already obtained keys for a vehicle similar to the one I was looking to purchase. After several patient hours on the salesman part, I elected to purchase my sixth Chevrolet product, and third Silverado from the best dealership, Stingray Chevrolet Bartow, that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Thank-you for attending to my individual needs and desires versus treating me as a sale stat like so many of your competitors. more

I was taken care of as soon as I walked up. Caitlin found the exact truck that I wanted, answered all my questions, explained everything, compared trucks and was the most wonderful, non-pushy sales I've ever experienced. She was so helpful the whole way. I loved that Caitlin walked me around the dealership, I won't be lost when I come to have the truck serviced. Rob was a pleasure to work with, he explained everything, walked me through everything quickly and got me a lower interest rate. It was a delight to buy from them, best everything all around and I would highly recommend. more

Before coming to stingray, I had a horrible experience with Hyundai of Brandon. Coming to stingray was the best thing I could have ever done, they we're so nice and caring about what I like in cars to help me choose the best one I will be telling everyone about this great experience more
