Worst

I was charged $47 (and some odd cents) for a basic oil change. I normally pay $21 AT THE DEALER!!! I think that if they are going to charge these astronomical prices for this typ...

I was in a tizzy, and Mike was getting ready to leave. He could have said, "Nope, I'm going home", but he helped me. Then, the next day, I was given an estimate on my car. I accepted the total, and was surprised and delighted to find that my car's fix was easier than anticipated, so Alyssa called me with a lower price. That's what I call honest! more

Great Customer Service 8/13/2014

This was my second visit to Sticklers. One of the mechanics, Mike, who I think is also the owner/operator, came out of the shop to talk to me personally about a "suspected"problem. I appreciate his concern, and the care he is taking to make sure that I only spend money on repairs that are actually needed, and not just perceived. My vehicle will return to the shop in a few days so that he can monitor the situation and make the call on repairs. Haven't found any other repair shops that go the extra mile in this way.
