I'd been dying to find this one simon G pendant I saw in an ad in cosmo and called around to all the stores listed to see who was cheapest. They had it in stock for the best price. No one else even came close! I always had a hard time trusting small stores in the giftcenter, but steve padis has name brands AND great prices. It also helped that I had a couple glasses of champagne too :) Ha, made the spending easier. They also gave me a cute totebag and rhinestone pashmina to take home too! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE 10/27/2006

Good prices and customer service before the sale, but watch out after the sale and there is a problem. They damaged my ring when resizing it and this turned into a day of hell at their store, They tried to pass off the damaged ring, I guess they thought I was blind. I was there for 7 hours before I got my money back. The owner Steve Padis would not even come out and talk to me. Good customers service begins when there is a problem, you won't get it at here. more
