Great Management Company. I worked with Sterling for 9 months and they helped me turn my rental property around. As an out of town owner - their hands on day to day attention was greatly appreciated. They were honest and hard working. I have sold property - but would hire them again in a second! more

I own multiple income properties and my family and I are so grateful to Sterling Properties. They have been able to find us good and reliable renters and very quickly. We are extremely appreciative for all you have done for us. We have a property in Carmel that has been a real hassle to get rented with good renters and when we signed up with Sterling it was rented out very quickly to a couple that has been there for years. You probably hear only problems from most renters and owners and not enough “thank you’s.” more

My family and I really appreciate the response time and commitment to us over our 5 years living in a Sterling property. We have had some things in need of repair over the years like anyone would, and we are pleased to report that each issue has been dealt with in a very timely manner. Sterling was always out in front of each issue before it was made into a bigger problem. Overall, it’s been easy living and we hope to continue this way for the future. more

Through the worst and the best, Sterling Management really has shone through. Most people dread when their property manager leaves a message on their phone. Fortunately, I have never had this anxiety because I KNOW that any issue will be dealt with promptly. Even when a big storm caused damage to my property Sterling was on the ball. The tenants at the time were dealing with rain coming in through the damaged portion of the window, Sterling had guys out there to provide a temporary patch-up until they could do the repairs when it was safer. Many, many thanks to these guys and the stress-free life they allow me to live. more

I switched several residential rental units over to Sterling Property Management about 8 months ago and have been very pleased. Will Sterling is diligent, maintains a close watch over the properties, has high standards for accepting new tenants, and does what he says he will. Prior to switching to Sterling Management we were having trouble with lack of oversight from the previous management company. more

I would recommend Sterling Management to anyone because they have been wonderful to me as a tenant. Even though I have had many appliances brake down and have problems, Will has been on top of it all. He has has my refrigerator and stove fixed, and even replaced the entire heater. I am so happy this is the type of management company who takes care of its' tenants and problems for that matter. more
