We had to move out of the area but wanted to keep our house, so we decided to rent it out. Since we hadn't done this before, we hired Sterling to take care of things for us and we couldn't be more happy with the results. They took care of everything with great professionalism and efficiency and we are just thrilled how well things went. We've told our friends and family and would highly recommend Sterling PM to anyone else! more
