I bought a 2011 Honda Accord July of 2013. At that time I was told the car was Certified, to discover when I went for service at another dealership, the vehicle was not certified. There was a gas in a tire when I bought the carhich I was told was cosmetic, but the service said it was a road hazard. The car has been certified since I purchased it but I'm not sure the certification was properly done, considering is been serviced over 15 times in 5 months. Brakes, rotors, ball joints, and most recently the alternator. This car has issues that I'm sure they were aware of but failed to disclose at time of purchase. I've spoke to everyone from the sales manager, shop Foreman, to the General manager, and their solution to this problem is for me to buy another car from them. \r I also referred a friend to purchase a car in August but as of February I still haven't received the referral...\r \r horrible service all the way across the board more

I have had two experiences with this place and will never step foot in there again.\r \r I worked directly with the service manager on both occasions - I'm convinced this is an unethical business designed to lure in and price gouge unsuspecting Honda owners.\r \r I noticed when I passed by the check-out counter on my second visit that there was a sign taped front and center with something to the effect of them taking pride in providing honest and professional customer service and to let the dealer service manager know if you experience anything less - signed by the same guy who'd been trying to gouge me for the past hour and a half.\r more

Very Happy! 2/10/2012

I`ve bought a lot of cars but this purchase was the best I`ve ever experienced. I had a 2002 Civic EX and loved it. I did a lot of online research on all types of cars but the end result was for the best in price insurance coverage plates ets was the Honda. I`m very happy!!!!!! more

Exceptional 8/31/2011

Between my husband Richard and I... we have purchased more than 4 vehicles and this was by far the most pleasant... easy and stress free experience overall. Carla Jones was an EXCEPTIONAL sales rep to work with and I enjoyed working with her from start to finish. She worked hard to get us a great deal and I feel very satisfied with the purchase and experience overall. I would do this over again if I had to as this was a very easy transaction.
