We will work with clients to form partnership and joint ventures for multi-family housing, timeshare development, commercial office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, and mixed used projects. We represent the buyer and seller in all stages of real estate transactions, from negotiating the purchase agreement to completing the closing. We will advise clients with respect to acquisitions and complex financing transactions, landlord-tenant disputes, complex commercial leasing, and contract negotiations.
