I work near IAH and this place offers a good alternative for lunch, although I haven't eaten dinner here. It has an excellent salad bar and lunch choices that can get you out within 40 minutes. Service is attentive and friendly. Pros: Salad bar, variety, cost more

I love this restaurant. We tend to prefer quiet places to eat, and this one usually fits the bill. We love the ambience and the steaks are delicious--I love the filet mignon. Their complimentary bread and honey butter is excellent, or you can also order their garlic cheese bread which is wonderful. I'd stay away from the cheesecake, though.
