I'm not too sure but I think that the Bothell Starbucks across from Home Depot might be a training store. The baristas behind the counter always seem so cheerful and egger to please. Even during those rush hour moments. I don't know how they do it since I can't even remember how to ask for what I always order. They are friendly and polite and get the order right even if I say it wrong. This is the model for doing the customer service thing right.
