Good: It looked nice, it was new at the time, and price until I found out they lied and told me I was getting one thing and charged me for another.. Bad: Lying to me about the procedure I was getting, charging me for the more expense procedure, poorly done job, rude manager, everything!. Improvements: Shutting Down!. more

Nice nails 12/6/2005

Ladies who love getting their nails done while chatting it up would like this Star Nails location. This location is not my favorite location because it tends to get a lot more traffic and there is usually a wait (if you go on the weekend). But they do a good job nonetheless. However, one thing that I never liked about this particular location is that I feel as though they hide the prices of the services they charge you, or spring it on you AFTER you have already received the service. The other location in Irvine (in Quail Hill shopping center, please see my other review) is more upfront about additional costs and my pick. But this location is also a good one to go to. more
