I went there and was promised a certain product and they did not provide me with the product they showed me. On top of that, the person told me I would receive a lifetime warranty in the mail and made up a story stating why they did not have those forms in stock. They are way overpriced, don't provide the product you pay for and are located in an undesirable location. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Cons: Poor quality, overpriced, bad location more

I went there because of all the reviews I saw here and thinking they must be good, and I am nothing but pleased with their work. I took my Pick Up for some other work and accessories to be installed on it and while I was giving the my information for the ticket I heard one of the salesguys explain the advantage of one particular film over the others and joined the conversation. Decided to have the windows tinted by them with CS35 made by 3M. I keep my trucks close to 6-7 years every time so I think it was worth it for the quality that I got. I called the guys at 3M because my 89 chevy truck had some problems with the origina tint and they gave me their phone because they are the only authorized 3M dealer and they took care of my warranty without any kind of problem giving me a complet upgrade to my old film and its some kind of a new film that does not fade at all and i still have my lifetime warranty and now the film wont even fade. the staff is great and the place is very friendly. i will come back for sure with my next truck. After reading the reviews for the tint shops in the area where I live (77006) and calling them on the phone to have some estimates and comparing their interest on me I decided to go by and see the samples of films they were recomending over the phone. After reading the specification for each film and having 10 different samples on my windows I was going crazy! I did not know I was into High Performance. It just happens that I complained about heat but did not want to have dark (ganster's) windows on my little truck. I thought Tint was like one kind or two... I got a lifetime warranty, nationwide coverage by a network of shops, better heat blocking and very conservative looking windows. * I watched a movie in their sofa while they worked on my truck so be prepared to spend an hour and a half... I live right next door from Star Tint and just had my original cassette player replaced by a nice Hi End CD stereo and new speakers on all 4 doors. I thought I was going to have to pay like $600 or so but they explained that I did not need amps of woofers and tweeters to hear the crisp sound that I like. They installed the CD Player, 4 speakers and tinted the windows for $480! Pros: Inexpensive, Good products, Good Parking more

I just went to Star Auto yesterday a had installed a Kenwood CD-Player/MP3/WMA car stereo, 2 (12 inch) Kicker speakers and 1 Kenwood amplifier on mi new car. They fast and I was amazed of how everything looked, just like factory made. No gaps, no messy wires, they built a custom box so the woofer speakers would fit in the trunk of my RX8. Their price was right compared to big retailers and also what got them sale was the fact that they had bilingual salesman and installers. I am from Mexico City and rather speak and negotiate in spanish. These guys are the best place if you want a nice, custom, affordable job. I just purchased a small sedan for my wife, she wanted a CD Player and Window Tint for her birthday. The guys over Star Auto Acc. talked abouth all the choices and advantages of going one brand versus another and one system or simply what film to use for the heat I complained about. They were not the cheapest price but I am happy to pay a couple of buck more for the attention and quality of intallation they did. I will be back for a Sprayed Bedliner on my F250.
