*Our actual hands-on weld tests are adapted to each individual client's own quality assurance procedures, manufacturing processes and te sting criteria. All applicants must take both written and client specific weld tests.
*Our prescreening and hands-on testing eliminates over 25 applicants for every 1 applicant we deem qualified to refer to our clients. Our client specific testing criteria insures that over 95% of those we refer are accepted by our clients. This compares to an industry standard that accepts less than 10% as their goal.
