Stafford Inspections has good communication. We've used them on a lot of our inspections. He is one of ten licensed inspectors who can do these inspections in the city, and he does a really good inspection! He is realistic in the way he looks at a property, letting you know what items are really important or not so important.
A lot of inspectors these days bring out items that, in the overall function of the house, are not important. Stafford realizes what's important, the main things of the home, like electrical, plumbing, foundation, and things like that. He's really good as far as those things are concerned.
