Having owned many homes and rental properties, I've delt with my share of HVAC service companies. Trust me there not all the same. The first thing I noticed about Stafford Home Services and Dan in perticular, is they truly are there to service their customers, not see how much they can make off of you. Dan tells you what is really best for you, not best for his business. Want honest solutions to your situation................call Stafford Home Services. I highly recommend Safford Home Services. Give them a call, you'll be glad you did. more

Highly recommend. 5/14/2012

I am always anxious when a tech comes to work on something in my home. With Stafford Home Service, I am completely at ease. Very straightforward. No hassles. FIx what needed to be fixed and that was it. Plenty of information provided and questions answered. I felt I like had been educated. Do not hesitate to call! I won't. more

It's really nice to feel confident about a company in the service industry that is an upstanding and honest one. They won't sell you something you don't need if it can be fixed. Good advice and I WILL call them back when the time comes. more

Great service, the way it should be! 4/6/2012

Let me tell you a story. My Dad hired Stafford for his furnace a few weeks ago. He had them scheduled to come out and then it slipped his mind. He's over 65 so this can happen occasionally (even to us younger than that too lol). They were completely understanding and polite through the whole thing. No attitude, they really handled it well. Personally, I think every company should be like this! Thanks Dan! Dad would have written this himself but computers aren't his thing. more

Stafford Home Service is a favorite of mine. Not only are they locally owned and operated, but they have been for decades. The owners, Dan and Kris are personally involved in the everyday service. This keeps their quality of work top of the line!! more
