I was linked to this company through "service magic" to get a quote to grate my front lawn so it was all even and flat. A gentleman from St Pete Complete Environmental called me on 11/28/11. I explained what i needed a quote for (land grating only) and he asked me if I also needed a quote for sod replacement. I advised no that I would re-sod myself. He then asked me if the work would include removing and replacing the irragation system and I advised that i did not have an irragation system and all I needed done at this time was the grating of the lawn. His voice was different now than it was at the beginning and I would assume that was because I only needed the one service done at this time and he was hoping for more. He stated that he (or someone) would be out in the next day or two (11/29 or 11/30) to get the quote. Needless to say, today is 12/7/11 at 7:16 pm and I have not seen a quote or heard back from the company. I am assuming that you have to have more than 1 thing done to make it worth their while to take you on as a client. The fact is that I am on a tight budget and cannot afford to have all that done at one time. Very Dissapointing.... I guess that I will have to keep looking for someone that would be interested in doing this work for me. For the customers that have received good service from St Pete Complete Environmental, I wish that i was as lucky as you were.
