I stopped by the store to pay my cell bill with a check and was told that without a home phone no. I could not pay my bill. I had a NC drivers lic., and American exp. for ID and still could not pay my bill.The clerk was Spanish speaking. I think it is bad customer service and I will not be back and will be canceling my service!!! more
