I brought in my sprint phone. 6 hours later, Tech said he can't fix it, it will cost me $120 to replace. I took it home, spent 10 minutes researching the issue, reset the unit, and voila, it works. Went back to tell them the fix, and that I was disappointed they didn't know this. They told me it is their policy to perform the test they are given, and if it is inconclusive, to deem the phone defective. I asked if they would tell other customers of this fix, they said no. They are wasteful, incompetent, uncaring and WORTHLESS! Screw sprint, I am taking my business elsewhere!
