Always A Happy Customer 4/4/2014

I have had Larry Johnson owner of Spokane Door and Window at my home on three different occasions and I've yet to have a complaint. First, after getting bids from some of the bigger company's, I've found Larry's pricing to be much more affordable. Often times I'm sure his windows are as good or the same as the 'Big Boys.' Other than Larry himself I've only met one of his installers, Mike. This guy is a meticulous artist. His first job here was to install a window where there never was one. He had to cut a hole through the wall (including aluminum siding) to install. He used the siding he cut out to frame the window in. The results were that the window looks as if it were there before the siding. Very nice work. The second time they were here was to replace one and install two new windows in my pole building out back. Piece of cake. Yesterday Mike came to replace an old sweaty existing window. Again a quick job and clean up. They always clean up any mess they make and are very careful in your home. I would recommend Spokane Door and Window to anyone who wants quality at an affordable price. more

Excellent 4/2/2014

Spokane Door and Window did three doors for us--double doors in the front (with six windows on top) and a nice, heavy door for the basement to the garage. For the double doors, I asked for one side painted one color and the other side painted another and they let me know I could have them painted however I wanted. He even brought a sample of the color the next day to double check that's what I wanted. They came to install the doors and were here from 8 to 4. They came when they said they would and were awfully pleasant to work with. They bent over backwards doing everything to our liking. We compliments from our neighbors! more

Prompt and courteous. 3/10/2014

Every time we've used Spokane Door & Window, we've been very pleased. They've come back to service our school at least 4-5 times so far. With our buildings, we try to do a bit of remodeling every so often with the windows and doors in various sections of the school. They've been very prompt, and they always show up on time. They make sure to give you fair and exact estimates for the job, and they do the job when they say would. They're also very clean and clean up after themselves. The workers are always courteous and we intend to do business with them continuously in the future. more

Spokane Door & Window is as good as it gets. They're a great, local company that gave me very fast and professional service at the right price. The technician who came was very considerate and knowledgeable. I really like the garage door that I chose and the installation was seamless. Operating the door is very easy, smooth, and noise-free. I would definitely call them again. more

Very efficient and prompt! 12/20/2013

Spokane Door & Window is a lovely local service that gets the job done. I enjoy how personable and considerate the workers are. They always make sure to clean everything up after a job is done. They replaced all of the windows on my main floor and in my front door and did a fabulous job. The prices are quite reasonable too. You'll definitely get professional and pleasant service from this local company. more

Spokane Door & Window is spot-on with their service. They replaced a few windowpanes along with a door (and its frame) without any problems at all. They were committed in completing the job in due time and were very efficient. I'm very pleased with the quality of the service when I was offered such a great price. I cannot recommend them highly enough. more

Excellent service at a great vlaue 11/4/2013

We were very pleased with the service we received from Spokane Door & Window. They refinished the exteriors of several fiberglass doors at our house that were peeling badly and then painted the interiors to match.The final product looks great. It was our first time using them, and their customer service was great. In addition to the work on the doors we asked them to paint some door jambs that were peeling and an unrelated door. more

Spokane Door & Window installed double pane windows and everything went great. We just wanted basic windows without all the fancy wrapping and he gave us what we wanted. He's done the whole house since the first time we've used him because he's done such a good job. more

Professional and careful work. 10/17/2013

I used Spokane Door & Window to replace a double-pane insulated glass window. It was a little unusual in shape because it was arched. The guys came out, made a template to make sure things would fit, and did a very professional job. more

Great customer satisfaction. 9/24/2013

Spokane Door & Window were very efficient and very upfront. They listened to what my needs were and respected those needs. They ended up installing three windows and a door. The installation was great. They just told me what it would be and they met those needs. If there was a problem, they made it right. There were no issues. It was really important for me to go with a local business instead of a big company and I think that made a difference. more

Professional service that was very respectful of my home. 9/17/2013

Spokane Door & Window installed new french doors in our home. The owner, Larry, did all the bids and stuff. He was great. He came out and followed up when he said he would follow up. So his follow through was great. There was a bit of a problem with the original installation and the way the carpet was. Larry came out on a Sunday and fixed carpet problem. It was awesome. They were very professional and it turned out just the way we wanted it to. more

Spokane Door & Window put in a new window and their customer service was great. The only thing was that everything took longer than expected. It took a while to get an estimate. It took longer than they thought to get the order. It also took longer than they thought to install the windows. However, the installation work was professional, clean, and Larry was nice. more

Very satisfying customer experience, which honestly is very rare these days. 7/29/2013

We're very happy with Spokane Door & Window. We had some pretty old windows with cracked paint and single panes and we wanted to update to some much better stuff. They were really efficient about it and got the work done both quickly and cleanly and they put in a good product. The workmen and Larry himself seem like very honest, upright people. more

Larry of Spokane Door and Window was very personable. I was kind of in a pinch. He came out right away, did what he needed to do, and installed a door for me in a timely manner with a fair price. I would absolutely use them again if I needed to. If you are looking for a new door, you'd be crazy to not get a bid from them. more

We were very satisfied with Spokane Door and Window. They put an egress window in my basement and they did an awesome job. The sales person and the workers were friendly. They did it very fast - the project only took about two days. They cleaned up well after the job was done. They followed up with us after to make sure everything went well.
