Slow, expensive, sold me a demonstrator bottle of overpriced (like 2-1/2 times the cost of the same stuff at a specialty store!) drain unclogger that had two doses out of it already--AND BROKE MY BIDET!. The plumber acknowledged it was not broken when he arrived, we did find it broken when he left and we are pretty certain our kittens did not do it! More than likely he attempted to balance the bidet on its bottom front and fractured the ceramic at that time. They have refused to replace it BUT acknowledge responsibility--because they refunded our fee. That would be fine, except the fee to unclog it (and we had to have them come back in a week because he was not so thorough) was $250 and the bidet costs $550. They claim they cannot find a black one (ours is black). Interestingly, we can! All over the internet! When I called today as a follow up, the young woman became very irate, yelled in my ear and accused me of swearing. I will avoid them. Plenty of other plumbers around.

Cons: break appliances, push you to buy their chemicals (lie about its uniqueness), customer service girl will shriek at you
