I've worked with Frank and his team of locators for many years. I have daily contact with the office and currently close approximately 20 - 25 signings per month for their clients. I also work with 20 or so other notary companies across the country so I have a good point of reference within the industry. more

I have been doing signings for Speedy for over 6 years now and I have to say that they have been a good customer of mine. I get paid in the terms of their confirmation notices. By that I mean if you read the terms I have found that Speedy for the most part lives up to them. Have they ever slipped sure but who in life has not. Besides Notary signings I run a Martial Arts School and and an Accounting & Tax service. Have I always had my clients pay me on time every time no and have I always been right on time with my payments to my vendors no. So what I am saying is that while we all strive to be on time with everything, sometimes things fall thru the crack. I believe Speedy Closing does try to be the best they can be and to take care of their notaries. However as in all businesses sometimes thing fall down but if you look at the overall of any company that has been in business for years there will always be ups and down. So do I think Speedy is an overall good company yes. Do I think they are perfect no but who is. I do not judge a person or a company as I am not in a position to do that only one person I know is. My mother always said there are two sides to every story and the same can be said about people who complain about others. Is there house glass and can it stand the scrutiny of others. more

This guy is deliberately not paying notaries because its a game to him. He's in denial he has any problems paying while people continue to ""imagine"" they're not getting their money. He actually plays dumb, but we know it's class warfare to him. He intentionally doesn't pay people for their work and continually lies. For anyone who complains and gives him a hard time about his problem, he will most likely complain about you on a Bad Notary review site. more

What ever you do, DON'T Believe Frank! He called me to close a refinance him. I agreed. He told me he would pay me the closing fee + the amount of the copies that I paid out my own pocket! I paid out over $30.00 for over 300 copies. HE DID NOT PAY for it. Pros: Worst Title Co. I've Ever Seen! Cons: Under Pay Their Employees! more
