Fantastic Frames 8/6/2012

I purchased a Groupon for this store not knowing what to expect. What I found was a great selection of frames, and very friendly customer service! It must have been 100 degrees outside that day, and the first thing that they did was offer me some cold water! ;) Then we found some fantastic frames! Very pleased! - more

I bought some Oliver Peoples glasses last fall and have been in several times for complimentary adjustments and replacements nose pads (design flaw). I forget her name but the woman who in there most days is great. She is the Glass Whisperer when it comes to finding the right shape and color for your face! more

So after trying to hunt down the missing package for days, the Jim calls to tell me they made me a new pair and sent it out to me for free plus they refunded the original shipping cost. I was sincerely overjoyed at their initiative. more

I've been on the hunt for new glasses for a little while now, and one day I bumbled in here on my way down to who knows where. After trying on a couple of pairs I found THE ONES. They made me feel like I looked fabulous, and I knew I had to have them. There was just one problem: I didn't have a current prescription. The guy kindly wrote down the name and model number of my choice and I left, determined to get an eye exam. more

They have a crazy large amount of frames to choose from in a bunch of different looks and sizes, it was kind of intimidating.on top of all that, their customer service was flawless. more
