Spartan worked as a sub contractor for Blue Haven to resurface my decks on my pool remodel. Crews lack supervision. If you?re not bilingual do not expect to communicate with the crew. Did not mask off pool tile properly and left chemicals on tile. Effervescence popped up through coating in several spots from concrete. Scheduler was easy to deal with but workers do not show up when scheduled or on time; I think this is a supervision issue. I do not recommend Spartan Concrete; avoid if possible.
Pros: Scheduler pleasant and easy to deal with
Cons: Crews unsupervised and do not show up on time.
