They were over half an hour late, and did not say anything/ apologize until I brought it up. The food was also cold by the time it got to me. It seemed the ingredients were fresh and I'm sure it would have been much better if I would have received it hot and on time. more

Got the 15 layer lasagna - what they don't tell you is 13 of the layers are all noodle! One, count it one layer of cheese, the bottom, covered with sauce an NO cheese even on the top! Won't be going back there. more

late, had to call as check on it. they weren't very helpful at the restaurant. grub hub's customer service was able to get be a straight answer and took care of it. the food was cold, that was disappointing. but i will say after i zapped it for a few mins the salmon pasta was delightful. and, the 7 layer chocolate cake was also so very good. more

Loved the atmosphere, food was good too. Prices a tad high but you received good portion sizes. Its a bit out of the way for me, but we return fairly regularly because we haven't had a bad experience. more

i went here with 2 of my friends about 2 weeks ago and we walk in and the hostess didnt even acknowledge us for like 5 minutes when no one was even waiting then when we got sat it was exremely close quarters and uncomfortable there was a noodle on the table cloth where i sat and the menus were dirty i ordered chicken parm and wedding soup the soup came out and had an open piece of equal packet on the spoon and it had no taste my friends salad was watery spaghetti was bland and varely had sauce on it the chicken was dry my friend got the fettucini and said the chicken tasted processed and the serving was really small dont ever eat here it was the worst place ever more

Server never came to our table 5/22/2011

It was before dinner hour in a nearly empty restaurant and my son and I sat at our table for 15 minutes and nobody approached us to even get our drinks. We walked out. more

TERRIBLE 12/20/2010

TERRIBLE!!! After finishing the bread I asked for another one 3 times. Once to my waiter and twice to other workers. One time, he clearly heard me but ignored me...I finally went to the kitchen to get some...I had the Fettuccine Alfredo...it was FULL of oil, plain, and small...the booths were nice looking, that is, until you sit forward and the whole thing tilts. (The padding covering the whole booth was not bolted in) At one time, I used to LOVE this place. Now it is TERRIBLE!!! I am NEVER going there EVER again!!! more

Gone downhill 5/14/2010

This place has gone way downhill since the last time I had eaten there. The food had almost no taste and they are always out of the brownie when ordering dinner for two. There is much better Italian food in the Pittsburgh area. Pros: Dinner for two Cons: not much taste more

Great place to eat 2/22/2010

On both occasions we ate there... the food was great and our server was fantastic. The first time we went we had a reservation...there was a huge line waiting to get it...a couple leaving told us they were told it was an hour and a half wait...I went to the front of the line...gave my name and we were seated immediately...one of my favorites... Pros: atmosphere...menu...wait staff... Cons: ...none... more
