I bought a Dimension One brand spa from them that my husband and I are extremely happy with. They really treated us well and took care of us. We even thought that we had a warranty issue, which was actually a user error (our fault), and they sent a technician out right away to go over programming the hot tub and all that again, even though they did it during delivery and left a manual. Great Company! more

Good, Dependable, Experienced Company 8/12/2010

Spa Inspectors were great! I tried to get around paying for a service call, but called them after two bozo companies came out. They technician knew his stuff and fixed most of my issue immediately. The other issue was for a special order part, which they got in 3 days and were back out to finish up. I'm happy my spa is back up and running. more

Great Business Practices 4/21/2009

I had Spa Inspectors come out to service my jacuzzi and they were great. They were quick, easy, and reliable. The office personnel was friendly, and the service techs were professional and quick. I recommend them to anyone having their pool or spa worked on. Pros: Great service, people answer the phones and call back Cons: NONE! more
