Sonobello was awesome. It was actually my second experience with Sonobello. My first was in 2008 and again in 2016. My surgeon, Dr. Esteban Marten, was wonderful. He was very soft spoken but very knowledgeable. He asked what I wanted and thought about my body not what he thought I should do. I asked him questions and he was honest about the potential results. Let me be clear, I am THRILLED with the results. If every physician could have a "bed side manner" like Dr. Marten, the angst and anxiety would diminish substantially. His surgical nurse, Sylvia, was amazing. She made me AND my husband feel comfortable. She walked us through each step of the procedure. And all the staff from the front desk, to pre-op and post-op and let's not forget Liz who made this possible for me.Thank you to the entire staff at Tacoma's Sonobello. You all were exceptionally awesome! more

At 58 years old I never thought I would have a flat stomach and curves, it's only been a week but I feel amazing. I can't wait to see what happens week by week now. I love my new body! It feels a little odd at first, like a partial numbness for a week or so. The compression garment I wore for four weeks helped significantly with that. The procedure pain was very mild, similar to getting punched. Because there's no general anesthesia, I went home right after the procedure which only took a few hours. I was back to work in just two days! All my coworkers commented on the results immediately, even though there was swelling, pads, and a compression garment covering my true results! My bruising was gone within four days! My clothes no longer fit after two weeks! I have tried for three years to drop this weight, and I'm extremely happy with my body now (even though the final results won't be complete for another five months). I cannot say enough about the staff! They were very kind and never made me feel fat. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant. My doctor had a very gentle touch and let us listen to soft music during the procedure! And I really appreciated the financing options. A lot of my coworkers would not even be able to consider having liposuction without Sono Bello's financial options. Thank you so much for all you have done! more

All the staff involved in my procedure was focused on me ,making sure I was doing well before, and especially during the procedure, and after. The doctor even called me at home later that day. Sono Bello has great customer service. You are greeted with a friendly smile when you walk in the door! The staff listens to your concerns and helps in any way they can. They follow up contact has been great, as well. The weekly emails really helped me understand each stage of the entire process. Although, I still have some personal goals to reach, the procedure I had at Sono Bello gave me a little piece of what I'm going for...happiness with myself. more

All the staff were courteous, answered all my questions and very respectful. I was worried about the procedure and not feeling the pain and true to their word, I didn't have any issues with pain. It's early in the stages of healing so I haven't seen the results yet but the team has walked me through what to expect and encouraging through out the process. more

I had a wonderful experience at Sono Bello in Tacoma. All of the staff were wonderful to work with, everyone from the front desk to the MD, they all made this an easy process. All staff were well versed and confident in what their role was. The doctor especially had a wonderful bedside manner and made me feel at ease. My only regret was not coming in sooner! more

From the front office to the operating room, the service is excellent. Everyone is helpful and thoughtful. Your privacy is respected from the counter, the receptionist are courteous, professional and friendly. The staff makes sure you are well informed before and after your procedure. I was so impressed with Dr. Nees who called me on Sunday after my procedure just to check on how I was doing. Who does that! With customer services being so poor today, Sonobello is one of the best establishments I have visited in many years. I am still swollen and losing weight but, the day I left after my procedure, I was very happy with the results. Thank you for making me feel comfortable doing something not widely accepted. more
