I brought my car in yesterday for new tires. I was treated with respect and good service. I left two hours later with 4 new tires filled with nitrogen (which the nitrogen was free because I saw it on Facebook and it saved me $39.95) Life is good. more

I had a low tire pressure light appear on my dash board and a rear tire was low. I came into the service area and they quickly fixed the tire and I was able to complete my sales calls in the area. I did tell all the people I saw of the GREAT SERVICE I received. I live in Wausau, WI and very much appreciated your quick help. more

I moved to Minnesota in 1995, and purchased my first new car in 2001. I chose Sonju because it was closer to my home than others, because it was GM cars, and because I knew it's reputation from before I left here in 1962. My 2001 Implala was never serviced anywhere but Sonju. In January of 2012 I bought my second new car - a 2012 Impala - from Sonju, and it too will be serviced only at Sonju. more

Several years ago, I dreaded coming to Sonju's service department; poor service, unfriendly people, and was always told I needed to spend alot more money on extra things they found wrong! THINGS HAVE CHANGED!!! With our new service director, Nick Beck, pride has come back , great attitudes abound, the work is performed properly the first time, and quite often my bill is even LESS than I thought it would be. Only SUGGESTIONS are made as to upcoming mechanical needs, but never pressur to do it now. Thanks for a great new experience!! more

I had a terrific Sonju service experience. Scheduling by phone was easy and accommodating. When I appeared with my vehicle, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiastic curiosity as to how my particular situation could be addressed. It was complicated - involving an animal encounter with my car wiring! The communication and flow of information regarding progress on my vehicle was great. I got it done the same day with focused and appropriate skillful service! Big thumbs up Sonju, Casey Churchill and team! I will be back. more

Good Customer Relations 5/18/2012

Made a appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. They discovered I needed a new oil filter as well. However, this took a total of 1 hour 45 minutes. I thought that was a bit long. Customer service and making a customer comfortable was excellent. Everyone was super friendly. Keep up the customer relations, it's the best I've seen. more

Friendly staff 5/17/2012

The staff was very friendly and always has been. I came in for my first service after having a great buying experience with Kevin Hood. Everything looked great but I was disappointed with the underbody spray. I don't know if I was suppose to get a new spray every time but it doesn't look like it was done. Maybe I only get that once a year. The truck looked great inside and out. I will be back in 6 months hoping to get it sprayed. more

They are friendly when they want you to buy a car but if you need a repair done even under warranty Forget it they become very unfriendly!!!!!! Staff seem to walk around as if they are mad at the world. As far as the cafe I wouldnt spend more money on them. Dont buy your next car from them even if you have bad credit there are so many other dealers that will work with you. When I got my car there was a clunk in the front end, brought it back there to get fixed they said it would be an all day job (yes this is with an appointment) so i had to pay for a rental car. Got my car back and what do you know the clunk was still there. They never fixed it! Had to bring it back up there, said it was a control arm would take 10 minutes. Yep took an hour later said it was fixed Nope still a clunk. Called back there No one will return the call. Also car shuts down without any warning, They also knew about this. Didnt try to diagnose it just ignored it. Called again No one returns calls. Also said they would put different tires on since the tires had no tread left on them. Didnt do that either. Still here the clunk, car still shuts down, still bald tires and they ripped me off with the price of the car. The only reason there is a star here is because I had to or there would be no star. Again if you have bad credit try other dealerships this one uses that excuse that they can help anyone and while they say this they are ripping you off at the same time! If you decide to go there check out how much the car is worth before you buy it make them fix the problem before you sign anything! Dont go there you will regret it! more

Sonju is friendly dealership that will make you feel like family when you are there! They have happy staff members, a lounge with a massage chair, and even a cafe in the dealership that makes great grilled cheeses, BLTs, and milkshakes. \r \r I highly reccomend buying your next car from Sonju because they will find you exactly what you want! I bought my Nissan Maxima from them and saved so much money. They located it for me and I had it within a week....When I received it it was clean and exactly what I was hoping for.\r \r If you are getting service done on your vehicle they can even give you a loaner vehicle if you ask or have it arranged. Then you can go to Gooseberry Falls or to Split Rock Light House or just drive around and enjoy the north shore!\r \r You may be wondering why I know so much about the dealership and it is because I work there! That's right, I am so happy with the dealership that I work there and feel that I should spread the good news with all of you! Pros: Staff, Hot Rod Cafe, Selection, Service, Rewards Program, Family atmosphere more
