I had my car towed to Sonju's Service Department as a result of my check engine light coming on in my 2012 Cruze. I didn't have an appointment, and Sonju didn't know my car from the next person's. I was contacted by a Service Department person. My car issue was assessed. I called John Benoit 1 1/2 days later, and my car was done! John wanted to test drive my car, and check to see if the repair was covered by warranty. Two hours later John called back to let me know my car was ready to be picked up, and I didn't owe them a penny! Wow! Exceptional, HONEST, fast and courteous service. I truly appreciated the way John handled my car repair with alacrity and professionalism, but I was most impressed that I walked away not owing a dime. Sonju could have charged me for the service, and I would have been none-the-wiser, but they didn't. They were honest and have earned my repeat business and referrals.
