Purchasing my second vehicle in 6 months at Sonju in Two Harbors with Phil Waldo. First experience was great and Phil actually picked out the car for me and was more than what I expected. Very happy. 6 months after purchase I was in an accident and the car was totaled. Devastating. I called Phil. I had to carry a balance to the new loan because I regretfully did not purchase gap insurance, against the better judgment of Jeff. Anyway, hard lesson learned, but would not consider anyone other than Phil to help me purchase the second car. Again, he had the car waiting and running and warm by the time I arrived. Difficult to ""eat"" the carry-over balance, but Phil helped me through and I am now the owner of another Sonju Ford vehicle. I will be back. Thank you, Phil.\r more

Due to a pending snowstorm we needed to drive our 4x4 truck to Chicago instead of front wheel drive car. The truck needed a oil change. I called Sonju's last minute and the service person squeezed me in that very day. I was in and out in less than an hour. Very pleased with the service.\r more

Everyone there was very nice and good people. Brought my wheeler in to get fixed up and they fixed it up for a reasonable price. Plus if your looking for parts they have a used marketplace where you can find parts for cheap.\r more

Over all it was a great experience. I was still able to purchase a car even though i wasn't going to have all the money ready till the next day. The people there were friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome. There was also a wide selection of cars available in different price ranges, so the selection was good to. The actuall process of buying the car was pretty good as well, i did have to wait since there were other people in front of me purchasing cars, but i was shown to a waiting area and a couple of employee's asked me if i needed anything not just the sales associate i was with. I'm glad I bought my car from sonju.\r more

I had my car towed to Sonju's Service Department as a result of my check engine light coming on in my 2012 Cruze. I didn't have an appointment, and Sonju didn't know my car from the next person's. I was contacted by a Service Department person. My car issue was assessed. I called John Benoit 1 1/2 days later, and my car was done! John wanted to test drive my car, and check to see if the repair was covered by warranty. Two hours later John called back to let me know my car was ready to be picked up, and I didn't owe them a penny! Wow! Exceptional, HONEST, fast and courteous service. I truly appreciated the way John handled my car repair with alacrity and professionalism, but I was most impressed that I walked away not owing a dime. Sonju could have charged me for the service, and I would have been none-the-wiser, but they didn't. They were honest and have earned my repeat business and referrals.
