I live right by this Sonic franchise, and I have visited it several times holding faith that my next experience with them will be a good one. I am continually disappointed.\r

The kicker was my order last night, which will be my last. I simply ordered a Chili-cheese wrap which consists of chili, cheese, and Fritos wrapped in a tortilla. It's a great item that I've ordered many times from other Sonic franchises. What I actually received was a very small handful, perhaps 10-15 Fritos mixed with a minimal amount of chili and cheese. Sonic as a whole is a good, affordable franchise to eat at. However this location has chosen to sacrifice food quality and quantity for maximized profits. There is a competitor directly across the street, please give them a visit instead of this fast food failure...
Pros: Drinks and deserts are fine
Cons: Cold fries, soggy chewy bacon, items served below expected quantity/quailty
