DO NOT GO HERE. My clothes were late, and not only that, they were NOT IN THE PLACE! They had farmed them out to some lady, and the ""driver"" was having a problem getting there on time. They made me wait around for a half hour saying they would get there soon, but never did. When I told them I needed my clothes that night, and that they should offer me a discount they said no. Then after a half hour she said she'd give me a 2 dollar discount! Which off of a $42 bill is just insulting. I still don't have my clothes and I have to go back today to get them. RIDICULOUS. They need to be out of business! Cons: Already expensive for the service, but the worst customer service I have ever experienced more

The worst I have ever seen. They damaged my tie in front of me, and shouted ""Get out!"" to me! 7/25/2006

I had my tie dry cleaned yesterday. When I picked it up today, I found there was a number tag stabled to my tie. I asked them to take it off, and they just ripped it off, damaging my tie. I tried to say something, but they yelled ""Get out! I have no time to talk to you. I do not need customers like you. Never come back!"" This is really outrageous! Cons: worst attitude and skill more
