I wanted to send my boyfriend some flowers for Valentines Day, so I decided to look for a florist online. Since this florist had a pretty high score, I decided to give it a try. When I placed the order, the woman over the phone was rushed and didn't really take the time to get my order straight. The next day I called back to dictate the card message, a man picked up the phone. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. So, I dismissed my unpleasant experience from the day before. I thought since it's Valentine's Day, I am sure they are super busy. The next problem arose when my boyfriend received the flowers. He described them to me, and I realized they were not at all what I ordered. I had ordered red flowers, he got yellow flowers. But, since he liked the bouquet anyways, I didn't want to make a fuss with the florist. Finally, the last straw for me was when the woman that took my order called me to get my credit card number right. She not only tried to charge me more than what I ordered. When I explained to her that I had ordered something else, she told me that what they delivered is what I ordered. Which is fine. I am willing to pay for what my boyfriend received. But, the price she quoted me was still higher than what my boyfriend received should have cost. The money is not the issue here. It's the fact that they quote a price online and charge a different price. What kind of business is that????
Pros: Large selection and fair quoted price (but they don't charge what they quote you)
Cons: dishonest, horrible service
