I bought some ground beef from the butcher there yesterday; not pre packaged and got home & it was brown & sour. The butcher seems not to care. I've asked for help before and it seems like he is bothered to be asked. Same thing with the produce manager. He had spaghetti squash labeled as acorn squash and when I brought it to his attention he just said ""yeah, it's labeled wrong"". no apology or offer to change it. That's ineptitude and laziness. The one person there who seems to really care about his job is Chris. He's always helpful and pleasant. There are a couple of other cashiers who are helpful too but most are not. Your employees should follow Chris's example. Also there have been quite a few times when I've gotten home only to find out an item is missing. I've never complained before, but now I'm angry. I'll shop across the street. I've worked at grocery stores before so I know how soul killing it can be, but if you can't handle customer service do something else!
