Although I love the products offered by this company, I do not enjoy shopping here due to the poor service levels. If I am to pay such high prices for garden products I could get elsewhere, I expect polite salespeople and a friendly environment. However, the employees here look at their customers and then decide who they will help. It's as if they expect customers to dress up to buy garden supplies. (Ex. The other day I looked at their pots. Out of two salespeople, one helped another customer and the other simply stared at me. This employee did not offer to help.) You can get better service at the Home Depot down the highway in Berlin. The garden shop staff there are polite, friendly, and generally do a much nicer job than their counterparts at this high-priced garden boutique.
