very bad experience..took my son to get a haircut and asked them to do a tapper fade on my son and if you dont know what that is google it it will show you images she was like ok. so she started on him and when she came to the side i was like wait that is not a tapper fade she was doing a fade and there is a difference and when i told her she told me there was no difference between a tapper fade and a fade.. ok then why does it have a different name?? i have took to many salons where i cut my hair and they have always understood.. she said there was nothing she could do about it now did not show and sincereity did not apoligize for screwing my sons hair up did not even off to discount but instead was quick to charge me the min he got off chair like she was scared i was going to leave and sat there and said she has been in the buisness for 20 years and has never heard of a tapper fade!! ok then way did you say you know what it was when i asked?! why would you not ask me what it was rather than assuming i was naming it wrong!!. what upset me the most is that they did not even acknowledge that they did not do what i wanted. horrible!! do not recommend!!!!!! stay away!!!
