Excellent facility. I was given Personal training session as gift . Their Training program has changed my perspective on personal training. My Trainer was very encouraging and creative. Rather than just pushing me to perform standard exercises longer or with greater intensity They showed a new paradigm with proper form I focus on mastering the form and posture of the routine. I find it much easier to stay mentally fresh while accomplishing a much more complete workout in less then 40 minutes. I thought that I had a good workout routine before, but their program taken it to a much higher level. I have dropped from 35% body fat to 21% to 12% while adding strength and flexibility. I work out earlier than I have in the past but it is something that I look forward to in the morning. Thanks. Their Nutrition store has all the best products at Great prices. Tanning spa is the best I have seen. Love the Hydration Therapy. Most Important of all Staff is so nice and knowledge and 24 hour access is very convenient. Pros: Great Gym & Tanning Spa.
