This is the only medical spa I go to regularly (on average once a month...)\r
\r
I get Botox, fillers (Radiesse, Restylane, Juvederm), Mild chemical peels, BBL (laser for redness and minor discolorations), facials, dermalplaning and have also done (a few times) lipodissolve. \r
\r
Both Doctors are very professional, passionate and personable. I have used both for a variety of the services mentioned above. I also use both of their aestheticians (Lori and Gena--enjoy both of them, it just depends on coordinating schedules with who I am paired with on a given day.) Their office staff is great as well...I love the ladies at the front desk :)\r
\r
Their product lines are top of the line...my personal favorite is Skin Medica...but they also sell Obagi (if you have pigmentation issues, this will help) and IS Clinical (haven't used much of this line minus the Youth Serum and sunscreen.) \r
\r
The office setting is very inviting. The waiting area is aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. Not clinical at all. There's a variety of educational brochures on the procedures offered, a great selection of local publications, before and after photo album (if it's not out, just ask for it), Keurig coffee maker (love these, have two at home...but their's is much, much cooler) and they always have a variety of Hersey kisses in the most unique flavors (cookies and cream, cherry, etc.). Oh...before I forget, they always advertise their monthly specials in the waiting area as well. This can also be found on their website, or even be delivered to your email box. \r

When writing reviews, I like to review what others have to say...especially if there is a more negative review. \r
Admit it, we all do it, and we typically check the negative reviews first. Okay...well, thus far they only have one negative review (which was about 5 years ago). And the reviewer didn't even make much sense for why she left the review that she did. The only thing that she stated was that she felt that she was being treated rudely, and suggested that everyone should go to a plastic surgeon to get their Botox done, even though the injector at SRC was very talented. That didn't really make a lot of sense to me. I have never been treated rudely there (from day one back in 2006 to the present)...in fact, I use to get my Botox done at another clinic in Eagan (very well known name), and stopped going because the RECEPTIONIST was very rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating on a few occasions (sadly, the doctor at the practice is a very professional and passionate man...his receptionist just really sucked.) Bottom line, I don't know where the reviewer's ""rude"" accusation came from, as I've never experienced it. I would blame it on either party having an off day (everyone has them), misperceptions, the nervousness of the patient, etc. Who knows...but take it from me, as a reviewer who's leaving more than THREE or FOUR sentences...being treated rudely at this practice should be your last concern. In truth, I should have written a review years back...but never have :) I guess I had a little extra time this morning, and felt moved to do so especially after seeing the single star review. PEOPLE, DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO IT. Take it from someone who has been to this practice like over 3 dozen times vs. her one single time. In fact I just had some Botox, chemical peel and dermalplaning done yesterday. I had a great time minus the minor discomfort that comes naturally with getting acid or needles in your face. I also misplaced my keys before I left, and one of the doctors, aestheticians and office gals helped me search through the whole office to find them...even OUTSIDE of the office to find them...yup...the aesthetician found them in the bathroom down the hall. \r
\r
I would highly, highly recommend this practice.
