EXCELLENT ! 3/20/2013

Their customer service is truly remarkable > the rental car was waiting for me when I got there and when I realized that I wanted to upgrade to a larger car they immediately called the rental company to expedite this request and it was delivered within 15 minutes! Skillcraft was amazing with their communication, both by phone and by email. They finished the work on my car two days earlier than estimated and contacted me right away. The work done on my car was perfection! I would highly recommend them to anyone > they are all top notch professionals !! more

Satisfied beyond our expectation! 3/8/2013

Skill Craft is the best body shop we have ever been too. Not only did our car look brand new when they were through but they even had it detailed before giving it back to us. The personnel were also wonderful. The were personable, efficient and all they wanted to do was please us. I would and have recomended this body shop to anyone I know who needs this kind of work. Do not let the other insurance company fool you into thinking you need to go to their recomended body shop as it is NOT true by law. more

Very impressed w/ the ease of the entire process. AAA approved, timely and professional service. Excellent job. Knew we'd return if we needed any other body service .... just didn't expect it to be so soon when my husband got in an accident 2 weeks later!!! But at least we knew where to take the car! more

Looks better than new. Prius C v3 62mpg Hwy. Some idiot backed into my bumper and left ~ had to replace , deductible $500.00 But worth going to this local and long time body shop. Yay Huntington Beach. more

Cost of repair was less than my high insurance deductible. Given good price and excellent result. Service was efficient and pleasant with alternatives discussed keeping cost down. Highly recommended on basis of my experience. My family has be served by Skill Craft for years with above service on all occasions. more

Excellent, professional service! 9/29/2012

I rear-ended someone in my 2011 Toyota Corolla. The very moment my insurance company (AAA) sent Skill Craft my claim information, a Skill Craft representative called me right away to provide me with the details on how to facilitate a repair. My car was fully repaired to dealer specifications, and finished two days ahead of schedule. Total of about 10 business days. Great work! Just like new! more

Unfortunately, I do business with Skill Craft Body Shop too often. But, it's reassuring to know that when I give them my car to fix it will ready on time and like new when I pick it up. Why doesn't everybody do business like they do? more

We have had a very large and a relatively small repair at the HB Skillcraft and worked with Mark Anchetta. He provided excellent, thoughtful service. We really appreciated how thorough Mark was in giving us a detailed estimate, presenting repair options to us, and in keeping us up to date on the status of the repairs. We were very pleased with the quality of the repairs and recommend this shop whole heartedly! more

I had a fender bender and was told Skillcraft was the place to go for great services and repairs (the BEST in Huntington Beach).I now can refer them with the same confidence in thier work that was shared with me. My car looked like it was brand new!! 8/21/2012

I brought my car in to have the front passenger side bumper fixed. When I picked up my car on the day they said it would be done, it looked brand new!! There was no dent and the car was spotless!! It was cleaned inside and out!! Thank you so very much!!! more

Great again and again! 8/11/2012

Unfortunately I am a repeat customer of Skill Craft. So much so that one of the adjusters and I are on a first name basis. The unfortunate part is not the work that Skill Craft does but the reason for being there. People like to bump into me. But Skill Craft is fantastic at getting my vehicles back in shape, sometimes even better than before the accident, and back on the road in a more than reasonable length of time. In all of my experiences with them I have only had one issue which they addressed expeditiously and more than satisfactorily. In these days of decreasing customer service and increasing antipathy on the part of many businesses it is refreshing to find Skill Craft's friendly, knowledgable, and caring staff. I could not recommend a business more strongly, though I honestly hope I don't need them again too soon. more
