Unfortunately I am a repeat customer of Skill Craft. So much so that one of the adjusters and I are on a first name basis. The unfortunate part is not the work that Skill Craft does but the reason for being there. People like to bump into me. But Skill Craft is fantastic at getting my vehicles back in shape, sometimes even better than before the accident, and back on the road in a more than reasonable length of time. In all of my experiences with them I have only had one issue which they addressed expeditiously and more than satisfactorily.
In these days of decreasing customer service and increasing antipathy on the part of many businesses it is refreshing to find Skill Craft's friendly, knowledgable, and caring staff. I could not recommend a business more strongly, though I honestly hope I don't need them again too soon.
