What a great place Sinapi's is. I love the food and the service is great. Go there every time I am at the mall!

Worst

Didn't realize a slice of pizza is $4.65 my god that is expensive. Better off buying an entire pizza. But the pizza does taste fairly good

Better think about if you really want this pizza. You can get better elsewhere and not have to deal with the attitude that comes from this place, INCLUDING THE OWNER. Was in there today and the owner was as rude as can be to all the customers there and demanded to be tipped. I'm taking my money elsewhere next time. more

The pizza is delicious but the guys who run the place are not the best. They are always pissed off looking and heaven forbid you call to place an order. They act as though having customers are a huge inconvenience to them. The pizza isn't worth the attitude you experience from these grumpy men. Guys, if you hate working that much, quit. more

Sinapi's is good 5/14/2011

I own a pizza Restaurant in Southbury CT, I have been a pizza man for over 25yrs. Sinapi Pizza is real good and I alway's eat there when I am not at my own restaurant. I highly recommend!! I have been a customer there for over 19 years. more

Sinapi's is some of the best pizza in the area, but my friend found a couple of small cockroaches in his salad one time. I haven't been back since. more

Excellent Experience 2/22/2011

Outstanding restaurant. Stopped there after it was recommended by an employee at the Danbury Fair Mall. At first, I thought it was a hole in the wall, but the food truly surprised me. The owner was the first person to greet me and could not have been any nicer. The food was served hot, and had a "home-cooked" meal feel to it. Definitely recommend trying this place out. more

Best Restaraunt EVER! 10/27/2010

Good: I love the people and the food is amazing.. Bad: I have absolutely NO complaints!. Improvements: None needed.. Other: I come here regularly, and it is a great place to eat whether it's just for a quick bite or to sit down with the family. The people there are very kind and do whatever they can to make sure you have a great meal. The food there is great and it is definitely hands down my favorite restaurant.. more

Amazing Meal 8/22/2010

Had the best meal in a real long time at Sinapi's. Shared a slice of pizza with my wife as an appetizer. The pizza was awesome. Main Entree was Chicken Marsala, which was also real tasty. Tried the Mango Italian Ice, which they make at the place, and really enjoyed that as well. Definitely recommend Sinapi's to all! more

My family has been eating at Sinapi's for 15 years. The food is consistantly great! The pizza is true new york style pizza. The meat dishes are authentic italian. more

Metal Found In Pizza 10/10/2009

will never go back again!!!! found metal shard appox. 2 " in pepperoni pizza under cheese, appears to probably be from sauce can. Yet for Sinapis to be that neglectful and not watch what they are doing, and thankfully not causing a very serious health issue and medaical issue... Me and my family will NEVER return. also instead of it becoming a he said she said matter by calling or returning, we would rather write here because they do not have a webiste and we will have to prey that word of mouth puts a hurt on such a neglectful, careless local business. more

Been going to Sinapis for years. They have really good pizza. If you ever have time to go in an sit down they have good service and great food other than pizza also. One of my favorite pizza places in Danbury. more

Didn't keep their word. 6/5/2009

I paid for my order. Get it home its not mine call them they tell me come back they'll make the good plus give me a free pizza next time I cal. Just called, now they tell my free pizza was the one that replaced the screw up order NOT ORDERING THERE ANY MORE. I live up the road from them but I will not deal with people I can't TRUST. more

To the guest who was told they are not be given a free pizza as promised: I am the owner's son, and although I do not work there full time anymore, I am sure that if you spoke with Mr. Sinapi he would straighten the situation out. If you know which employee made those comments, please let him know so he can deal with it.

Buffalo Chicken Pizza 7/23/2006

I agree with the above review. Never liked or tried buffalo chicken pizza until this place. It is so good and a nice twist on pizza. Sinapi's is good NY style pizza while most in Conn. is classic Neapolitan style. Good Italian is hard to find in Conn. but not absent, you just have to search. Connecticut actually has the largest population of Italian-Americans out of any state. I always thought NY, but no, Conn. The best pizza in Danbury 3/17/2006

If you haven't tried Sinapi's then you've no idea what you are missing. I grew up in NJ with some of the best Italian food. I moved to Connecticut and still get cravings for "real" food. (Sorry, but most of the stuff around here just doesn't measure up.) Sinapi's, however, is not amongst that sorry bunch! The plain cheese pizza, the Sicilian-style pizza, and the gourmet toppings pizza are all delish. So is the baked ziti, and the eggplant parm hero. Shall I go on? Because I will... I just can't say enough about this place. Friends from the Bronx moved here and had problems with finding good Italian food. I told them about Sinapi's and they have thanked me countless times. So take advice from some NJ and NY natives: You want good pizza? You want real Italian food? Go to Sinapi's! more
