The Silk Pagoda is my families favorite Chinese restauraunt. We order delivery from there at least once a month. When I call the sweet lady who always answers the phone recognizes my voice. They always arrive within 15 minutes and everything is always cooked perfectly. more

While a couple folks I know don't like this place, almost everyone I've taken here likes their food and have returned for more. Personally, I LOVE their egg-drop soup and think it's the best I've ever had. IF you're like me and prefer a stronger, darker egg drop soup, you MUST try it from here. I would not recommend this restaurant. I've eaten there a number of times because it's close to where I live and the service is fast so I go there when I'm very hungry and looking for something quick. The reason why they're fast is because they don't have a lot of customers. Unfortunately, the food is terrible and don't taste fresh at all. Pros: Fast and always available because there is no one else there. Cons: The food tastes terrible. more

Although this place isn't fancy, it is the perfect ""family favorite"" restaurant. I've tried a few other chinese restaurants in town, and although the food is good there too, I felt very uncomfortable there with my 2 year old. The food is consistently good, not to americanized. I haven't found anything yet that I don't like, but I do wish they had more white sauce dishes. Most of theirs are brown. The staff is friendly (especially to regular customers!) but they give you enough space that you feel comfortable enjoying a leisurely meal. And if you prefer take out, our order is always ready to go really quickly. I wish we lived inside the 5mile delivery radius!
